As a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with 5 years experience my clinical work has taken place in settings locally to Plymouth and North of the border.

In working with past traumatic events, that can compound any current stress you are experiencing  - we can work together at a pace that suits your needs.  Getting to a point where you can put your finger on why you feel depressed or anxious will provide you with a key to making shifts in your thinking and beliefs you may hold. You may well have been stuck with the same issues for a while.

My area of expertise and experience spans across childhood trauma and emotionally/physically absent parents, the Armed Forces community and Military matters.  I have worked with adults and young people from many different walks of life, life, cultures, religions, race, sexual orientations.

I work integratively with my core model being Psychodynamic.  I may incorporate therapy techniques from other modalities to support your progress.
